At raceTimerz, LLC, we partner with charitable organizations who put on running events in which we time. In timing these races, raceTimerz, LLC gives the opportunity to the race director to sell some of our products at their races to their participants and spectators in order to raise more money and/or mitigate the cost of our timing services.
In doing so, we make every attempt to return a portion of all sales almost immediately to the race organizer to be used by the charitable organization that the running event benefits. Typically this occurs within 14 days after the event. We want to be able to return as much as possible and in doing so, raceTimerz, LLC has a no return policy and all sales are final (this includes exchanges, see note).
If raceTimerz, LLC were to accept returns, we would have the following cost associated with returns:
- cost of shipping a new product out
- lost credit card fees
- lost labor costs and time
Since are shirts are affordably priced, one return or swap of a size would cost raceTimerz, LLC all of the profits and proceeds we would have returned to the charitable organization and we feel that is counter intuitive of why we opened this store.
We will, however, honor size changes if the changes occur at an event we are timing for 30 days after a purchase. You will need to e-mail us before hand and request the new size, the shirt you currently have, and that you will be at the next event we are timing. Shirts must be in new condition in order to be exchanged with raceTimerz, LLC. (This will only occur if you exchange with us on-site at an event we are timing, we do not accept exchanges via mail).
